Comfortable and fantastic location for our visit to Old Town not too far from the hotel. Very close to the Chapel Bridge, the riverfront/lake/town centre, and adjoining restaurant in English.

Convenient location with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby - super easy to get some good food and drinks. The restaurant here offers tasty dishes at a decent price - had some fresh stuff that hit the spot! 🍽️

Conveniently, a standard triple room here provides all the basic amenities you need. Plus, the shared bathroom is quite spacious. The best part? This place boasts a fantastic location near a charming covered wooden footbridge - perfect for sightseeing! 🏞️

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The hotel's location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to other attractions. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant space to relax after a long day of work.

I was disappointed to find that there was no bar fridge in the room, which would have been convenient for storing drinks and snacks. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning could be problematic during the summer months, as the room could become uncomfortably hot.

The staff!!!! Everyone at the front desk was helpful, friendly, and professional! They did whatever they could to make our stay there pleasant.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was fantastic, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and the downtown area. It was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The interior and exterior had a charming older character that I really enjoyed, especially the key for the room. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious, and I appreciated the variety of options available.

The only minor drawbacks were that the room was a bit cold, and the duvet was either too hot or too cold for me. It would have been nice to have a thinner duvet with a sheet or blanket.

Excellent welcome at reception & help with parking. They have vouchers available for on-street parking outside the hotel, either from 6 P.M. to 11 A.M. for chf5 or for 24 hours for chf10 - make sure you specify how long you need to leave your car.

Breakfast was fine, but with a little extra care & attention to detail, it could be much better. For example, there was no coffee in the pot when we got to the buffet, we were brought a small pot to our table, but not offered a refill. A waiter was clearing a table next to ours & left a sweeping brush on the table for the duration of our breakfast. Maybe the staff need a little extra training - they were very polite, but a little inexperienced.

Our room was clean and we found the staff to be helpful and friendly.

I recently stayed at Hotel Drei Konige for a few nights during a leisure trip. The location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk from the train station, on a quiet street close to many bars and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, treating us like family and going out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was impressive, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom was well-appointed and functional, and I loved that we could open the windows in our room. The breakfast at the hotel was worth it, with a good variety of options, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Good location not far from City Centre, and close to the Lake. Staff were helpful, but beware if you have a car - only 3 parking places available.

Breakfast was very basic, but adequate.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a nice quiet area just a 3-minute walk from the river and within easy walking distance to all the attractions of this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with the room being spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to acknowledge our special occasion by leaving a congratulatory postcard on our bed. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially loved the bread and croissant selection, as well as the chicken noodle soup.

Can't fault the property in any way.
